Hyper Tier Renderer Feature and Render Passes

The Hyper Tier adds per-feature multiple composite passes support for efficiently reusing texture masks generated by the Hyper feature multiple times in the 🖼️Composite passes, for overlaying or chaining multiple camera color based effects, (like multiple blur or dither passes, or for posterizing a grayscale filtered image) and for creating complicated layered hybrid NPR styles.
